Code Of Conduct
All GALN Pastors and Leaders hereby commit to the following code of conduct:
- Respectful communication one with another
- Ethical behavior as expected from ministers of the gospel, living lives above reproach i. Leadership shall be exemplary and in accordance with I Tim. 3:1-16, Titus 1:5-9
- Respect for authority, understanding alignment to the structure of GALN
- There shall be no documentation or reports of harassment, bullying, intimidation from any leader or pastor to others. A Christ-like approach in humility and gentleness is a MUST in light of Matthew 23:11 and Matthew 24:45-50
- Respectful communication on all our social media platforms. Absolutely no offensive language, posts or attempted Indoctrination of any kind. No external posts will be allowed unless duly authorized as beneficial to members.
- Pastors and Leaders MUST know how to settle and resolve conflicts and do their best to live conflict free lives. 2 TIM. 2:23-26
- Pastors/Leaders who fall short of the grace of God into any sin or unethical behavior hereby pledge to submit to the respective National Committee for the following: 1. Counseling 2. Correction 3. Mentoring 4. Restoration.
- Pastors/leaders who do not submit to the process above, despite after careful investigation was found indeed to have committed such acts, shall be deemed to have ceased working with GALN vision.
